We offer a complete package of mechanical services to industry, taking in pipework, steelwork, on- and off-site fabrication and welding, including MIG, TIG and manual arc. Pipework We install new services and modify existing systems, such as steam (saturated and superheated), condensate, heating (low, medium and high pressure), chilled water, domestic services, compressed air, gas and vacuum, etc. We handle the installation of processed services, especially those required by the food industries. We are therefore fully aware of the need to meet hygiene standards. We install stainless steel pipework using hygienic fittings (either welded or expanded), fabrication and installation of jacketed pipework systems, powder and grain blowing systems and dust control. We deal with the installation of industrial and speciality gases as used in laboratories, etc. and with buried gas and water services, using MDPE piping joined by the electrofusion method, etc. Pipework can be of any diameter or combination of material, e.g. mild steel, stainless steel, all ranges of copper, ductile iron and aluminium, etc.
We have workshop facilities in which we can undertake
any works, in any combination of materials of pipework or steelwork
structures, from platforms, walkways, ladders and fire escapes,
to machine guards and barriers. |
